Denise was born in Mexico City, but has called south Texas home since the age of fourteen. As an immigrant, she learned early on that homeownership is a big part of achieving the American dream. Her designations include Graduate of the Real Estate Institute, At Home With Diversity and in 2023 she completed the prestigious Texas Realtors Leadership Program where she had the privilege to meet Ronnie Trevino- Owner Broker of Resi Realty. Denise also serves as the Chairwoman for the Diversity and Inclusion Committee at the San Antonio Board of Realtors. She believes in creating strong relationships and offering tailored Real Estate strategies. Denise is someone who brings skill and insight to the table, but also warmth and reliability.
